Let us begin your journey in the Internet. First thing you need is a domain name.

You need to ensure that you have the domain booked in your name and your email id, is a free email id, I prefer gmail. Why? Because in case your domain is not showing up and you have forgotten your password, you will use forgot password utility. And it will send you mails at your domain and they will not be recieved as your domain is not resolved or whatever problem it is facing. So when you book your domain make sure you have a gmail or yahoo email id as your registered email id.
